Fraud Specialist

📋 Description

• Respond to customer queries via Zendesk or other support tools
• Document and log issues, compliments, and complaints
• Collaborate with other departments to process tasks
• Review loan applications using fraud software platforms
• Review loan documents to ensure standards are met
• Track customer experiences across online and offline channels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of US loan or mortgage underwriting and fraud tasks
• MS Excel knowledge; SQL preferred
• Customer-facing roles in loan or mortgage accounts
• Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Deep investigative skills
• Proficiency, speed, and accuracy in written communication
