🎯 Requirements

  • Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status.

  • Experience delivering Microsoft Official Curriculum or comparable Microsoft-certified programs.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills for virtual audiences.
  • Solid instructional design capabilities and ability to adapt content to different audiences.
  • Familiarity with European business environments and compliance considerations.
