🎯 Requirements

• Proven short-form/vertical video editing experience (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or similar)
• Ability to turn around edits in 1–3 days
• Comfort working across multiple content formats within the same week
• Knowledge of AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Luma, etc.) or quick to learn
• Strong hook, pacing, and first-1-2 seconds impact
• Reliable communication and file delivery (Frame.io, Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
