Hybrid London: 3 days per week in the office
Hands-on role combining quantitative analysis, development, and trader engagement
Delivery of pricing, risk, analytics, and workflow automation for front office environment
Partner with traders, quants, and technology teams to develop analytical tools
Explore market and risk data, support business-critical decision making

🎯 Requirements

Front Office Quant, Quant Development, or Trading Analytics experience
Understanding of Rates and/or Credit products and risk measures
Strong Python and SQL skills
Experience with C++, VBA, Bash or R
Experience building trader-facing analytics, pricing, risk, or reporting tools
Analytical, problem-solving skills with clear communication to front office
