📋 Description

• Take ownership of clinical project delivery, ensuring contracted deliverables are achieved while
• Develop and execute clinical project strategies prioritizing scope, timelines, quality, budget, and
• Lead communication with clients, project managers, vendors, and clinical teams in a matrixed
• Oversee clinical/site management activities incl. recruitment, monitoring strategies, vendor
• Identify, assess and manage clinical, financial, operational, and quality risks end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in life sciences; allied health certification relevant; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in clinical research/monitoring or equivalent.
• At least 3 years leading clinical project teams through start-up to close-out.
• Prior clinical monitoring and external vendor management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP and international regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
