📋 Description

• Lead recruitment delivery to fulfill vacancies and meet SLAs
• Advise on recruitment trends and market intelligence
• Monitor activity for accurate volume forecasting
• Provide timely, honest feedback to candidates
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in English and Czech
• Bulgarian language is a plus
• End-to-end recruitment experience in staffing
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders
• Experience using an ATS
• Ability to communicate with all levels
