Full Stack Developer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain features across the full stack from server to React UI.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery team to ship features.
• Use AI-backed development as part of daily workflow (Cursor or Claude Code).
• Own problems end to end: scope, decide, and ship with minimal handholding.
• Move fluidly between frontend, backend, and data concerns as needed.
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant full stack development experience with frontend (React) and backend.
• Hands-on AI tooling experience (Cursor or Claude Code) in builds.
• Strong frontend with React; comfortable across multiple layers.
• Ability to translate client requirements into working software.
• Experience across multiple stacks or languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
