🎯 Requirements

Advanced English proficiency
3–7 years of software engineering experience
Strong Python and JS/TypeScript; knowledge of Java/C#/Go
Backend or full-stack prod systems experience
Testing with pytest, Jest, JUnit, or xUnit
Debugging large multi-file codebases
Code reviews, refactoring, and migrations
