🎯 Requirements

Advanced written English proficiency
3–7 years software engineering experience
Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Java/C#/Go
Backend or full-stack development in production systems
Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go)
Debugging large multi-file codebases
Code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
