📋 Description

• Design multi-file coding tasks: bug fixes, features, refactoring, testing
• Write natural-language specs and reference implementations
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
• Review peer submissions for correctness and clarity
• Identify edge cases and potential failure modes
• Ensure alignment between specifications, code and outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English writing
• 3-7 years software engineering experience
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Java/C#/Go
• Backend or full-stack in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks: pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit
• Debugging large multi-file codebases; code reviews and migrations
