📋 Description

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks (bugs, features, refactors)
• Write clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
• Review peer tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism
• Identify edge cases and potential failure modes
• Ensure alignment between specs, code, and outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced professional English
• 3–7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript; knowledge of Java or Go
• Backend or full-stack development in production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit)
• Debugging large, multi-file codebases; code reviews and refactoring
