Full Stack Engineer – AI Character Platform

📋 Description

• Join Hasbro AI Studio to build a new AI character platform.
• Own substantial portions of the system end-to-end from tooling to API layer.
• Ship features that scale with real-world usage and integrate with AI services.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager and Principal AI Engineer on architecture and planning.
• Contribute to observability and reliability as usage grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full stack engineering with backend emphasis.
• Frontend with React (or equivalent) and backend with Node.js and/or Python.
• Experience building, versioning, and maintaining production REST APIs used by external teams.
• Strong AWS fundamentals (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3).
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and ensuring reliability.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-moving, small team.
