Full Stack Engineer (React and Python)

📋 Description

• Designing and developing responsive frontend using React for document management and workflows.
• Building scalable backend services and APIs with Python frameworks to connect UI with search
• Integrating AI and search technologies for indexing, retrieval, workflows, and intelligent features.
• Developing document upload, processing, rendering, and automated content generation solutions.
• Optimizing performance, state management, loading times, API responsiveness, and real-time
• Writing maintainable code with thorough unit and integration testing; participating in code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade web apps.
• Strong proficiency in Python with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Advanced React experience with hooks, state management, and async data flows.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with AI-powered search platforms, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation
• Experience with enterprise search tools (e.g., Vertex AI Search, Elasticsearch, Pinecone) a plus
