Full-stack Python Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend services with FastAPI, Python, and async patterns.
• Design LLM-driven pipelines for classification, matching, risk, synthesis, and draft generation.
• Validate outputs; implement retries and error handling for model calls.
• Optimize semantic search using PostgreSQL and pgvector for legal precedents.
• Extend data models and Alembic migrations with backward-compatible changes.
• Build frontend workflows in React and TypeScript and add real-time WebSocket updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering in production systems.
• Strong Python backend (FastAPI or similar async framework); OAuth/OIDC/JWT.
• PostgreSQL: schema design and query optimization; testing discipline.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI/Azure/Anthropic).
• Experience with semantic search/vector retrieval (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• 3+ years React + TypeScript development.
