Full Stack Software Engineer, Agent Platform

📋 Description

• Own the agent platform full stack: internal/client React interfaces to backend APIs and services.
• Enable hundreds of internal users and enterprise clients with features, reliability, and polish.
• Build foundational layer for new agent use cases, task formats, and client configs.
• Ship high-leverage features improving internal productivity and platform quality.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into well-scoped technical solutions with researchers, product

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of fullstack engineering building and shipping production software.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript (React + Next.js); strong frontend architecture and state
• Backend experience in Python and/or Node.js; relational databases, REST APIs, async task infra.
• Strong design sense and usability focus.
• Experience with high-throughput systems: pipelines, large data, multi-tenant.
• Ownership mindset; ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
