🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering; proven leadership/mentoring experience.
• Architectural experience for distributed, scalable systems (data ingestion/streaming).
• Strong distributed system components: Redis, RabbitMQ, message brokers; custom services.
• Experience leading AI-enabled engineering teams and safe AI practices.
• Advanced full-stack skills: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; C#/.NET, REST APIs, SQL.
• Automated testing expertise (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library); CI/CD.
