📋 Description

  • Complete Cortica orientation and BCAT training.
  • Provide 1:1 and group behavioral-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental
  • Collaborate with families and clinicians to create individualized care plans.

  • Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
  • Document session data to support treatment goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
  • Masters or bachelor’s degree, or high school/equivalent optional.
  • Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (we’ll help).
  • Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (30-40 min radius).
  • Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
