• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor.
• Drive sales and manage daily results to meet or exceed goals.
• Open and close the store; oversee cash handling and deposits.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem solving in day to day customer service operations
• Experience in a fast paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
