🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, cash handling, and opening/closing
Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service issues.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and lead by example.
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
