📋 Description

• Create a warm, inclusive customer experience on the floor and in fitting rooms.

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail; lead/senior experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate a team to drive results.
• Use KPIs to support real-time decision making.
• Calmly resolve conflicts with team and customers.
