📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Fullstack Engineers with focus on quality, ownership
• Remain actively involved in development by writing production code, reviewing PRs, troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Backend, and stakeholders to translate requirements into
• Define and drive fullstack strategy, architecture, engineering practices, and roadmaps for
• Break down roadmaps into actionable engineering initiatives and maintain high-velocity delivery.
• Balance feature development, technical debt, quality, and long-term scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional Fullstack development with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser practices.
• Experience building complex, data-intensive UIs and real-time data visuals.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization, bundle strategies, lazy loading, caching.
• Experience with state management (Redux, MobX, Zustand, etc.).
