Fully Licensed Therapist- Remote (Massachusetts)

📋 Description

• Licensed Therapist delivers evidence-based therapy for eating disorders via telehealth.
• Work with multidisciplinary care team including nutrition, medical, psychiatry, and mentorship.
• Caseload 30-40 with 20-26 hours direct care; admin tasks included.
• Utilize therapies such as FBT and CBT-E; maintain documentation and assessments.

• Remote work from home with evening and weekend coverage as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Massachusetts.
• Ability to support patients of all ages and backgrounds; strong collaboration skills.
• Commit to 2 evenings per week until 8pm and 3pm MT for time-zone adjustments.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments for eating disorders; comfort with telehealth.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and dedication to improving access to care.
• Licensure in additional states may be required; licensure costs covered by Equip.
