Fully Licensed Therapist - Remote (Virginia)

📋 Description

• Licensed Therapist delivering evidence-based therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nutrition, medical, psychiatry, mentorship).
• Provide family, individual, and group therapy with FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID modalities.
• Manage caseload of 30-40; 20-26 hours direct care; remaining admin tasks.
• Maintain licensure in home state and cross-licensure as needed (licensure costs covered).
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings; operate via Equip’s EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Virginia.
• Ability to support diverse patient populations and maintain care 2 evenings/week.
• Proven experience with evidence-based treatments and telehealth delivery.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Must be able to deliver care in a virtual setting and meet schedule requirements.
• Nice-to-have: experience in eating disorder treatment and related modalities.
