Functional Wellness and Rehabilitation Educator

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and training of Habitat team members on-site at PACE Centers
• Deliver didactic trainings, competency reviews, and signoffs
• Oversee practicum, shadowing, and center launch trainings
• Partner with Practice Operations, Center Leadership, People Team
• Improve workflows, materials, and operational resources
• Balance education with program development and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Active California PT or OT license
• 3–5+ years teaching or training in field
• Facilitation and strong communication skills
• Experience delivering learning programs
• Experience developing workflows, SOPs, training materials
• Ability to coach others using structured frameworks

• Base salary $141,000–$161,000
