Deliver Securities Services transformation projects across fund admin, transfer agency, or client
Support end-to-end delivery with senior stakeholders.
Define complex business problems and shape solutions.
Lead requirements gathering: user stories, process flows, tech alignment.
Analyse operational and financial data to identify risks and improvements.
Develop structured quantitative and qualitative analyses for initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 6+ years in consulting or BA/PM roles within Financial Services.
Proven end-to-end project delivery in fund administration, transfer agency or securities lending.
Experience in Capital Markets consulting or problem solving environments.
Strong analytical and communication skills (oral and written).
Familiarity with agile delivery is advantageous.
Excellent English communication; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
