🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Tech, Digital Strategy, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10+ years in digital strategy, transformation, or exec roles.
• 5+ years leading enterprise digital initiatives.
• Proven ability to build governance, operating models, teams.
• Experience translating strategy to scalable digital solutions.
• Know-how in digital banking, mobile tech, analytics, UX, fintech.
