FX Account Manager - Turkish Speaker

📋 Description

• Identify and convert Turkish-speaking clients for Group products.
• Grow and retain a portfolio of existing clients.
• Build trust via regular follow-up and timely support.
• Introduce clients to product offerings, platforms and accounts.
• Support onboarding: account opening, KYC, platform setup.
• Follow up on dormant/inactive accounts to boost activation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years in Account Management, Sales, or Retention in Forex/CFD.
• Solid understanding of Forex, CFDs, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 or similar platforms and CRM systems.
• Proven track record of meeting acquisition, retention, and revenue targets.
