3+ years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or hybrid recruiting ops
Hands-on ATS experience (Greenhouse strongly preferred)
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
Excellent written communication and scheduling/organizational skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple open requisitions, and meet deadlines
Comfortable with ambiguity and short-term engagement ramp-up
