Lead mechanical design for aerospace electronic control units and hardware
Develop concept designs, 3D models, drawings, and documentation
Use Siemens NX and Teamcenter for design and data management
Apply GD&T and perform tolerance stack-up analysis
Contribute to design verification, qualification, and cross-functional reviews
Collaborate across Stress, Thermal, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Test and Systems teams

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years in aerospace mechanical or electronic enclosure design
Experience with Electronic Engine Controllers (EEC) or similar units
Proficiency: Siemens NX 7.5, Teamcenter 8, PLM tools
Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, RTCA DO-160 and MIL standards
Experience in aerospace industry essential
