📋 Description

• Oversee complex commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, cross-border disputes.
• Lead digital asset regulatory strategy and commercial litigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts in Mandarin and English.
• Ensure global AML/CTF compliance and internal policy adherence.
• External counsel management and coordination with international teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PQE with leadership in crypto, fintech, or top-tier law firms.
• Strong litigation background: commercial litigation, arbitration, cross-border disputes.
• Mandarin and English fluency (written and verbal).
• Bar admission in Hong Kong, Singapore, the USA, or an EU member state.
• Domain knowledge: digital assets, securities laws, cross-border compliance.
• Leadership: exceptional stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
