General Ledger Analyst (Fixed Asset)

📋 Description

• Support core accounting with focus on fixed assets and GAAP compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify cash transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare analyses and financial reports for close.
• Maintain fixed asset records: capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements.
• Ensure internal controls and GAAP adherence across processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in general accounting with GL focus.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, audit support.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, cross-functional collaboration.
