General Ledger and Reporting Team Leader (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Manage a general ledger team to ensure service delivery per SLAs and quality standards
• Monitor and report team/process performance against KPIs
• Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and support development strategies
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement projects
• Implement continuous improvement culture within the team
• Cooperate with Eurofins departments and manage stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing teams in a BPO/SSC environment, preferably in general ledger
• Experience managing performance against SLAs
• Experience managing customer relationships
• Open to changes; continuous improvement mindset; problem solving
• Flexibility and ability to balance tasks/priorities
• Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication
