  • Run accounting and bookkeeping across in-house and outsourced providers.
  • Own period closing; ensure correct entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounting data and prepare statutory reports per local regs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Experience in a local company that is part of an international group.
  • Hands-on bookkeeping and reporting; support process and control improvements.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of local tax laws and rules.
  • Detail-oriented; precise financial data and reports.
  • Confident with financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced international environment; balance multiple priorities.
  • Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Learns new processes quickly.
  • Builds effective working relationships across teams.
  • Knows local and international accounting standards, including financial instruments.
  • Experience with statutory reporting and management accounting.
  • Communicates clearly with stakeholders.
  • Is fluent in English (written and spoken).
