General Ledger & Reporting Accountant

📋 Description

• Hybrid work model, full-time role in our international SSC
• Own key GL processes and contribute to financial health
• Support month-end close and financial reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries, including complex postings
• Manage Fixed Assets processes (additions, disposals, depreciation)
• Deliver P&L and Balance Sheet analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years RtR accounting experience
• Experience in SSC/BPO is a plus
• Ownership, independence, analytical mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• IFRS/GAAP knowledge; Cognos and ERP experience; advanced Excel
