📋 Description

• Oversee branch operations in key downtown and/or airport locations
• Lead team, drive profitability and exceptional customer experiences
• Manage rental fleet, sales initiatives, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and operational excellence
• Travel domestically up to 40% as needed
• Provide mentorship and leadership to develop staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• 5+ years in sales, business development, or customer service
• Experience in car rental industry required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to manage budgets, training, and schedules
