General Manager Associate - Armenia

📋 Description

• Be the General Manager's right hand, building and scaling Armenia healthcare from the ground up.
• Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from strategy to local implementation.
• Build the system from scratch with stakeholder mapping, partnerships, and processes.
• Collaborate with the GM and an Ops builder to define strategy and execute it.
• Integrate Armenia into global operations, working with teams across 5 countries.
• Lead through influence, communicating strategy and trade-offs clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building businesses or driving growth in consulting, investment banking
• Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken).
• Based in Yerevan with deep local market knowledge.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution across customer meetings, financial modeling, and
• Strong organization, time management, and autonomy; can manage projects end-to-end.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and ownership beyond duties.
