  • Walk the floor: talk to doctors, listen to calls, and read tickets to spot growth

  • Define and own the Clear Aligners growth strategy across segments
  • Partner with Sales and Post Sales to optimize funnels and enablement
  • Own pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning
  • Own the full P&L and drive tradeoffs for growth and unit economics

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–12 years in strategy, growth/GTM, or general management roles
  • Experience at a high-growth startup and an analytical environment (consulting/IB)
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and own a GTM motion
  • Strong commercial instincts: write talks, run discovery calls, close deals
  • Structured thinker; comfortable building strategy decks and analyzing funnel metrics
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional influencer across ops, GTM, and finance
