• Own the Consumer Business: lead day-to-day strategy and execution across growth, marketing, and

• Own Analytics: build dashboards and KPIs to drive decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in general management, marketing, growth, operations, or related leadership.
• Ambiguity tolerance with a track record of building in fast-moving environments.
• Experience scaling a consumer business with growth marketing and unit economics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across growth, marketing, ops, analytics, and tech.
• Proven ability to build and scale new businesses/products in ambiguity.
• Strategic operator with hands-on execution and strong people leadership.
