General Manager - DSM

📋 Description

• Lead base management for Flight Ops, Inflight, and Maintenance to ensure On-Time Performance and
• Ensure compliance with Allegiant Air policies and regulatory agency requirements at the station.
• Manage cross-functional operations and coordinate with airport officials and service providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three years airline operations experience with two years in management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
• Authorized to work in the US; ability to pass a background check; reside within 60 minutes of
• Proven leadership of managers; strong planning and customer service focus; proficient in Microsoft
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays; able to travel as needed.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000
