Lead store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Drive results through people development, food safety, customer service, and financial performance.
Oversee scheduling, labor, inventory, cash handling, and forecasting.
Represent RPM and Domino’s in local store marketing and as Brand Ambassador.
Ensure compliance with RPM, Domino’s, safety, and health standards.
Work a schedule of 40+ hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

🎯 Requirements

AM4 or prior General Manager with District Manager approval.
GM in Training program completion or equivalent.
Proven success in high-volume environments.
Strong math, technology, and leadership skills.
Ability to pass background and drug screening.
Food safety certification per local regulations.
