📋 Description

• Lead store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence.
• Drive results through people development, food safety, customer service, and financial performance.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as a Brand Ambassador.
• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards and ensure safety/health compliance.
• Work a schedule of 40+ hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• AM4 or prior General Manager with District Manager approval.
• GM in Training Program completion or equivalent required.
• Proven success in a high-volume environment.
• Strong math, technology, and leadership skills.
• Pass background and drug screening; food safety certification per local regs.
