📋 Description

• Drive base performance through cross-functional facilitation and KPI ownership.
• Oversee SLA with ground-handling provider; audit and escalate as needed.
• Ensure regulatory and brand accountability before authorities.
• Champion continuous improvement, customer focus, and vendor collaboration.
• Lead Allegiant and vendor teams with a customer-first mindset.

🎯 Requirements

• US work authorization; pass a background check.
• High School Diploma/GED; Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) certification.
• 3+ years airline operations experience; 2+ years in management; cross-functional ops a plus.
• Proven leadership, quick decision-making, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• reside within 60 minutes of the assigned airport; travel to other cities as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to attend required training.
