General Stage Manager

📋 Description

• Call the show and run backstage tracks
• Lead and mentor the Stage Management team, recruit interns
• Manage show documentation with all departments
• Supervise contingency documents and emergency procedures
• Plan training sessions, rehearsals, Tapis Rouge, etc.
• Manage daily show operations with the GM, TD, and AD/AM

🎯 Requirements

• College Diploma in a related field; or the equivalent related work experience
• At least four to six years of relevant experience in theatrical stage management
• At least two to four years of live show calling experience with complex integrated automation
• Calm decision making under pressure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
• Fluency in English written and spoken; knowledge of French and/or other languages is an asset
