• Develop and evolve RAG pipelines, AI agents, and automations
• Design AI-assisted engineering to improve SDLC efficiency and quality
• Support technical discovery, architecture decisions
• Mentor client engineering teams and accelerate AI adoption
• Collaborate with managers and teams to align tech with business

🎯 Requirements

• Software engineering and distributed systems experience
• Generative AI in production; RAG pipelines and embeddings
• LLM APIs (OpenAI/Claude/Gemini) and orchestration (LangChain)
• Backend dev: Node.js, Python, Java, .NET; APIs and microservices
• Cloud platforms: Azure/AWS/GCP; DevOps/CI/CD
• Advanced English and cross-client collaboration
