📋 Description

• Onsite and remote OR consultant for hospitals
• Improve robotic program standardization and block time use
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training, Service, and Tech Support
• Launch, optimize, and sustain high-performing robotic surgery programs
• Deliver in-person and virtual consulting across operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience
• 5+ years in healthcare/hospital management
• Experience with OR departments and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel up to 70%
• English plus Spanish and Catalan fluency; Lean/Six Sigma a plus
