Collaborate with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams
Launch, optimize, and sustain high-performing robotic surgery programs
Deliver in-person and virtual consulting on workflow, OR efficiency, training, and cost containment
Support events, product launches, and knowledge sharing across functions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare experience considered
5+ years in healthcare or hospital management, preferably in B2B or leadership
Experience with Operating Room departments
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Thrives in fast-paced environments; flexible with hours
English, Spanish and Catalan fluency; up to 70% travel
