  • Own onboarding and onboarding for SMB/Mid-Market customers
  • Guide platform setup, training, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting
