📋 Description

• Lead five platform domains: SDLC, Quality Engineering, Developer Experience, GenAI for engineering
• Own roadmap and decisions, represent the area in architecture forums, and interact with product
• Manage coordinators and squads of developers, QAs, and SREs to deliver platform capabilities used
• Define quarterly domain goals and measure success with business and engineering metrics.
• Drive cross-domain initiatives and leadership development for a scalable platform organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Software/platform or infrastructure engineering background; able to discuss code and architecture
• CI/CD practices at scale, branching, release strategies, and multi-stack pipelines.
• Public cloud (prefer AWS) and Kubernetes for microservices, including deploy and security
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform) and automation of build/release/provisioning.
• Observability with logs, metrics, tracing; OpenTelemetry; SLI/SLO; on-call culture.
• Quality engineering discipline: contract tests, regression automation, data-driven decisions.
