📋 Description

• Lead P&C policy and endorsement issuance operations
• Manage workflow, SLA, blockers, and priorities
• Act as technical reference for second-level support
• Coordinate with insurers and internal stakeholders
• Escalate issues and maintain stakeholder communication
• Monitor KPIs, cycle time, quality, and rework

🎯 Requirements

• Solid P&C insurance ops experience, policy/endorsement process knowledge
• Strong knowledge of insurance laws/regulations
• Experience managing performance: SLAs, capacity, quality, workflow
• Leadership: lead, delegate, develop teams
• Intermediate-advanced Microsoft 365, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Analytical, data-driven approach; process standardization
