📋 Description

• Own end-to-end global payroll for employees, contractors, EORs, PEOs, local providers
• Lead and develop a 2–3 direct-report payroll team with high standards
• Manage equity administration in Shareworks: grants, data updates, reconciliations
• Identify and implement automation to minimize manual data transfers
• Partner with HR Tech, IT, and Finance to consolidate payroll platforms
• Strengthen payroll controls and documentation for audit readiness
